Terms and Conditions
1. Services EDQ Events provides event planning, coordination, and related services, including outsourcing of third-party vendors (catering, photography, decor, entertainment, and other suppliers). All services are subject to availability and confirmation in writing.
2. Bookings & Consultations A consultation may be booked through our online calendar. Event dates are reserved only after a signed agreement and the required deposit are received. Payment schedules and deadlines will be outlined in your service agreement.
3. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and services. The remaining balance is due according to the schedule in your agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Outsourced Services Some services are provided by trusted third-party vendors. While we carefully select and coordinate these partners, EDQ Events is not liable for the acts, omissions, or performance of independent third-party providers. Any vendor-specific terms, policies, or refunds are governed by that vendor's own terms.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellation and rescheduling policies are detailed in your service agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable; rescheduling may be permitted with sufficient notice, subject to availability.
6. Client Responsibilities The client agrees to provide accurate event details, timely decisions, and any necessary approvals. Delays in client-provided information may affect timelines and are not the responsibility of EDQ Events.
7. Liability EDQ Events will take reasonable care in providing services but is not liable for damages arising from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including weather, natural disasters, supplier failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of EDQ Events and may not be used without permission.
9. Privacy Personal information collected through bookings and consultations is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
